I wanted to drop a note to thank you for the quick and professional manner in which you handled the sale of my property in Palm Coast FL.
I didn't have a real estate contact in FL. So I went online and searched for what I thought would be the right company to sell my property. I finally had to make a choice and get it on the market. As luck would have it, I did make the right choice!
Being it was aug.2003 I thought it would take at least six months to sell the property, or probably spring of 2004. So when you called to say you had a contract in the first two weeks after listing the propery, wll that was just unbelievable.
Being a formner sales mgr. for a large Real Estate firm here in TX. in the 70s and 80s, I do understand how the process of selling property works. I was worried about trying to sell a property in FL. while living in TX. AFter the second week into the sale, I knew I didn't have to worry.

Dear Dick,
Thank you for your professional assistance in helping us find a condominium in the Daytona Beach area. We did not have a realtor in the area since we live in the Tampa, but you responded to our e-mail in a timely manner and began to find solutions for us. We still have not heard from some of the other e-mails to other agents in the area - I guess they have too much business to be bothered with us.
As this was our second home or vacation home, we had some financial requirements and some location requirements (on the beach) that we needed to meet. You sent us a detailed booklet of condos in our price range so that we could begin to think about what we wanted. You then met with us to visit the ones we thought were more appropriate. You didnn't waist our time and show us properties that were outside our requirements, but tried to meet our needs.
You helped us narrow down our decision and crunch out all of the paperwork. You helped us in all areas including financing, home inspection, and even met contractors at the property for repairs, as we could not travel at that time. Your follow-up was very thorough and always communicated important news; good or not so good.
We could not have found a better agent to represent us with our new condo. I recommend you highly and if you are available in the future, I will want yoou to represent me as a buyer and/or seller.
